BICA aspires to be much more than a community organization—it is a bridge connecting cultures, fostering dialogue, and creating opportunities for collaboration. Our mission is to celebrate India’s rich heritage while embracing Belgium’s unique culture, cultivating mutual respect and deeper understanding between our two nations.
